Our strength is founded on the leadership and vision established and fostered by DVA’s principals, Richard Donnally and Bob Vujcic.

While each partner brings unique perspective and capability to the team, together they create a collaborative atmosphere for the firm, which in turn cultivates a great team, delivers exemplary projects, and ultimately produces satisfied clients.
